Seamless Ring Rolling Process

| SEAMLESS RING ROLL MILL.
Seamless rings can be rolled from a single piece of material (ingot or billet) from as small as 4 inches diameter to greater than 200 inches diameter.

Open die forgings from 1 pound to over 10,000 pounds can be produced in rounds or rectangular bars, step shafts, flats, blocks, discs or rings.
Forgings can be manufactured from any workable alloy including carbon steels, stainless steel, copper alloys, nickel base alloys and Titanium.
Parts include: Rolled Ring forgings, bars, blocks, rounds, shafts, square blocks, round bars, discs, crankshaft, gears, billet, step down shafts, open die, closed die.
Equipment: Hydraulic Press, Hammer, Mechanical Press, Ring Mill, Isothermal forging, hot die forging.
